L.M.R Drugs Co. Ltd is one of the oldest drugstores on the island of Grand Bahama. L.M.R. Drugs Co. Ltd has a history that goes as far back as some thirty-seven years when William Lowe, Clinton Moultrie and Val Richards Formed the Company.

Seeking an opporuntiy to better serve his community outside of his family practice, the family of the late Dr. Havard Cooper—just before the Great Financial Collapse of 2008—purchased the company that was L.M.R Drugs Co. Ltd and started Health Enhancing Pharmacy. As L.M.R Mini-Mall was the home of the L.M.R Drugs—Dr Cooper and family decided the legacy of the plaza should continue. Today, the L.M.R Properties is home to seven thriving businesses in Downtown Freeport Area.
